How Often do You check the home?

We check homes weekly when vacant. Each check includes a thorough inspection of all aspects of the home, including mechanical systems, plumbing, lighting, electronics, fireplaces, hot tubs, etc. Our goal is to identify any issues in the home and get them resolved with plenty of time before arrivals. 

We can help you rent your home in various ways if you choose to do so. Please contact us to discuss your goals in short-term renting.

We charge a flat monthly fee that’s mostly based on the size and location of the home. The monthly management fee includes weekly checks at the home while vacant, all maintenance management and recommendations, cleaning management, and 24/7 emergency response. We do not up charge on any hired and supervised maintenance done by third parties in the home (plumbers, electricians, etc.) We offer optional services at an additional cost. We can do some hands-on maintenance like power washing, gutter cleaning, minor painting, car shuttles, etc. at an hourly rate. We can make purchases for the home, like supplies or parts from the hardware store. We charge 10% for out of pocket purchases. We invoice on the first of each month and invoices can be paid online or by check.

Yes, we do often. We know all the best service providers in the area and maintain healthy relationships with them. We can get anything done that’s needed in your home. It can be very challenging to schedule service providers in Telluride, as they are always in high demand. Allow us to navigate this challenge for you. It’s included in our monthly management fee.
